Recently my Google Chrome could not load images hosted on Google servers. The same URLs were loaded correctly on both Firefox and Edge. And even if I opened a Google Chrome incognito window, the images from those URLs were loaded correctly.
Loading the "broken" image alone with Google Chrome got a 400 error from Google. There was also an error message saying "Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. That’s all we know."
Using the Developer Tools to track the request revealed that alongside the request, a "big" cookie was sent.
I guessed Google's servers did not like the cookies. Since the Google Chrome incognito mode did not send this cookie so it could load the image.
To fix it, I clicked the Google Chrome's Control Button (Vertical Ellipsis at the top right corner) and selected More tools|Clear browsing data.... There I cleared the stored cookies.
Bang! Now all the images are loaded and shown.
